Delivery & tracking
Metropolitan France:
- Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days.
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days.
Europe:
- Express delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
Rest of the world:
- Express delivery: 5 to 7 working days.
Fast Shipping:
- Orders placed before noon: shipped the same day (subject to availability).
- Orders placed after noon: shipped within 24 hours.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly from your customer account or via the link provided in the email.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day period from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
How to make a return?
- Return the item to its original packaging , along with all accessories and documents provided, such as warranties, instructions, certificates of authenticity, or other included items.
- Make sure the item is intact : any item returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
- To ensure optimal protection of the item, we recommend using suitable packaging when sending.
Special conditions:
- Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with our policy.
- For watches, bracelets and other accessories, make sure that the product has not been worn beyond a simple test. We encourage you to handle the items with care to preserve their original condition.

- Drop off your package
- Your refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and validation of your return.
Warranty & Customer Service
This Arlyos International Warranty applies to watches sold or presented for repair under warranty in all countries.
Your Arlyos watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (hereinafter: the “Warranty Period”). During this period, any defective component due to a manufacturing defect, duly noted by our technical services, will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Arlyos, free of charge. At the end of the Warranty Period, any service or repair will be at your expense.
Exclusions from the Arlyos International Warranty:
The following are expressly excluded from the Arlyos International Guarantee:
- Defects or damage resulting from misuse , neglect or accident.
- Damage caused by improper use (impact, scratches, crushing of the case, glass or bracelet) or by unauthorized alterations, modifications or repairs.
- Interventions carried out elsewhere than in our workshops Arlyos or the use of components and accessories not recommended by Arlyos.
- The consequences of normal wear and tear, aging, as well as regular cleaning and maintenance.
- Defects resulting from contact with water .

Please keep your proof of purchase and all documents related to your Arlyos watch safe. Shipping costs (including postage, insurance and packaging) are your responsibility. We recommend that you send your watch by registered post with insurance to ensure safe handling.
This Arlyos International Warranty does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable local laws. These rights may vary by country or region.

What is the tolerance?
In general, the tolerance of an automatic watch is -20 to +40 seconds per day , depending on the caliber of the movement and the conditions of use.
To maximize accuracy, be sure to wear your watch regularly or wind it properly if it is not worn. If the variation seems excessive, it is potentially a sign of magnetization.
Mechanical watches, including automatic watches, can be affected by magnetism from common devices such as computers, telephones, speakers or magnets.
The magnetic field can disrupt the internal components of the watch, including the hairspring, which changes the operating rhythm and results in a loss of time.
What to do?
Have your watch demagnetized by a professional watchmaker. This quick and risk-free process will restore its normal operation. To avoid this problem in the future, avoid placing your watch near magnetic devices or objects.
